David Kuenzle has spent his career in management consulting and running closely-held businesses. He has consulted more than 100 companies, specializing in growth strategies, including strategic planning, sales strategy, go-to-market planning, mergers/acquisitions, and succession strategies. He also advises in the areas of leadership development and cultural wellness. 

David has run several successful companies in the professional services, distribution, and retail sectors. His depth of experience running businesses for 15 years, combined with his breadth of knowledge from advising companies for 20 years, gives him a unique perspective on growing businesses. 

David served as president of ISC Surfaces, which he grew from $20 million in sales to $70 million in sales prior to the successful sale to another industry leader. He served as president of Matthews Medical, which was named Best Privately Held Business in St. Louis by E&Y during his presidency. He helped start Cass Business Consultants (a division of Cass Bank), and conducted financial and operational analysis for the chair and vice chair/CFO of Stifel Financial. 

David earned BA and MBA degrees from St. Louis University. His continuing executive education includes Business Strategy and Strategic Marketing at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Sales Strategy at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and Change Management and Execution at the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.

Gerard Winterbottom is an entrepreneurial leader with extensive experience in operations and finance.  He has more than 30 years of experience in various manufacturing sectors and 9 years with a Big 4 accounting firm.

Gerard's experience, combined with his analytical abilities, provides him with the knowledge and skills to help companies improve processes to reduce operating and administrative costs.

Gerard spent nine years as a CPA with KPMG Peat Marwick and has held senior management positions in privately- and publicly-held businesses with revenues ranging from $25 million to $800 million.

Gerard's operations experience includes transportation, distribution, and manufacturing.  He has managed equipment fleets, logistics, warehouses, and manufacturing plants.

His finance experience includes bank financing, mergers and acquisitions (including due diligence and integration), cash flow management, financial reporting, and information systems.  He has built and managed teams of accounting, human resources, and IT professionals.

Gerard earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Truman State University.
